Walter Lim is an American executive communication and business English coach with more than two decades of experience spanning Wall Street, institutional sales, and business leadership.

His career began in investment research at Goldman Sachs and evolved into institutional sales and business development, working with C-suite executives, hedge funds, mutual funds, pension funds, and other institutional investors. After retiring from finance, Walter expanded his experience to Main Street, working directly with small businesses, contractors, engineers, and skilled trades professionals.

Today, Walter brings these worlds together to help professionals—particularly non-native English speakers—develop the confidence, presence, and communication skills to perform at their best when the stakes are high.

Walter holds a BBA in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and professional certifications spanning Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), construction project management, and technical disciplines.
